It was an amazing weekend for eagle archery. We had over 1300 students shoot our tournament, making it one of the biggest in the state. Your eagles took first place in 3-D and bull’s-eye tournaments! We also had numerous individuals win honors. In 3D Tucker Robinson was 3rd shooting a 288. For the ladies in 3D we took all three medal places! Jayden Friedrich was 1st shooting a 285, Katie Holmes was second shooting a 285(less 10s) and AnnaLee McRae was 3rd shooting a 281. In the bull’s-eye tournament Walker Smithson was first shooting a 289. Tyson James was second shooting a 288. For the ladies AnnaLee McRae was first shooting a 291 and Jaden Freidrick was third shooting at 282.

The Vinemont Marching Eagle Band is beginning its Color Guard tryout clinics this Friday from 3-5 pm. Meet at the bandroom after school to pick up your equipment.
No prior experience needed. We will teach you all the skills from spin and dance that you need for the auditions.
We will meet on February 27th and March 6th to teach you the skills needed for the audition on March 27th. There will also be a full week of clinics, March 23rd-26th, from 3-5 pm.

Congratulations to Grady Tankersley for placing 2nd today in the American Legion Oratorical contest today. He won the Cullman County contest in January. We are so proud of his hard work and dedication! We are also thankful for the Cullman American Legion for their support!

Lucas Hembree was first overall shooting a 293. For the ladies we took all three medal places! Katie Holmes was first shooting a 287, AnnaLee McRae was second shooting a 285(19 tens) and Riley Bramley was third shooting a 285(16tens). Great job team!

Vinemont Park and Recreation Sign Ups for Softball, Baseball, and T-Ball are coming to a close. The last day to sign up on our website "Town of South Vinemont" or inperson at the town hall (7-3:30 pm and Friday 7-12). Fees for Soft-ball and Baseball is $110.00, TBall is $100.00

It was a great weekend for your Eagle Archery Team! They won the Future Champions Kickoff Classic with a season high score of 3402. Also many individuals won awards. Walker Smithson won first place shooting a 295 and Tyson James was second with a 292. AnnaLee McRae won first place shooting a 291 and Riley Bramley was second with a 287. Fantastic job team!
